The Systems We've Built, and What They Delivered.

Member Win-Back
An international association in aviation had 291 member companies whose dues had gone unpaid for 12 months: 156 manufacturers and suppliers paying up to $14,175 a year each, and 135 helicopter operators. Each lapsed account meant lost dues and a weaker link to the association's trade-show exhibiting and sponsorship. The two segments had different dues structures and different reasons to stay, so each got its own campaign: six emails on a three-week cadence, with retargeting ads running between sends and attribution on every touchpoint.

VERTICON: Make Your Event the Place Your Industry Wants to Be
What will make your show essential to industry leaders? As Marketing Director and Strategic Lead, I led VERTICON's return-to-live marketing and the strategy that helped grow the show from its 2021 comeback to record attendance in 2024. I built a campaign around the decisions attendees and exhibitors needed to make: why return, why choose this show, and why register now. For your event, that means connecting a strong industry story to a clear path from interest to registration.
The strategy positioned VERTICON as the place where the industry came together to reconnect, discover, and do business. Video brought the experience to life—including a fly-in featuring more than 60 helicopters—while coordinated advertising, trade media, email, and press coverage kept the story visible. By 2024, exhibitors and industry ambassadors were carrying that message into their own networks, giving people a reason to attend through voices they trusted. With attribution guiding campaign decisions, the approach combined industry credibility, community participation, and measurable marketing to build an event people wanted to be part of.

European Rotors
European Rotors launched into the worst possible window — August, in Europe — and was nearly silent on sales by mid-September. A forensic audit of the sales data found the market wasn't resistant, just unaware, and the fastest path forward was talking directly to the people who'd actually attend: working pilots and association leaders. Their answer was peer validation, not corporate messaging — which drove a six-channel pivot (a one-week flash sale, an association partner network, OEM co-marketing, retargeting, trade press, and a pilot-led influencer program) that saved the launch, then kept compounding for five years.

LG LATAM
LG's smart washing machines and refrigerators needed to land as more than a luxury gimmick in Peru and Colombia — a category every competitor had already reduced to dry spec sheets or empty influencer aesthetics. Instead of briefing influencers on talking points, structured discovery sessions with six lifestyle influencers and two mega-influencers surfaced the real, unscripted way the technology already lived inside their routines. That insight anchored a four-channel campaign built for credibility, not just reach: two full-page placements in Peru's most trusted national newspaper, a live product demonstration on a top-rated morning show, technically accurate influencer content, and real-time livestream broadcasts.
